Bought a used 2007 Lexus RX350 at this place and could not recommend them enough. Used car shopping is not something I’d ever want to experience again. However, I believe I got a lucky strike with this dealership and car; the car is in excellent condition and the staff were very accommodating towards me and my family’s needs. We lived in Mount Pleasant Pennsylvania by time of purchase and the folks over at this dealer were willing to send a gentlemen over to chauffeur us to Cleveland Ohio. I’ve put around 10,000 miles on the car (around 164,000ish when I got it) and it is standard Toyota reliability—no surprises there. The original owner held the car up well and the service record is visible courtesy of Lexus database. If you’re shopping around for a used car in Cleveland, or just looking in general, give this dealer a chance. I would recommend not being shy to make offers, especially on their later Toyota products, to adjust to your budget goals.
